We are UX for Change
Digital Impact Framework
Using the Digital Impact Framework (DIF) we have broken impacts down into component internal and external impact drivers.
We use the approach at three scales of analysis: project specific within a city, city-wide and worldwide.
We defined the impact framework factors and metrics for each scale, and set about empowering projects to define their own impacts.
